Okra and Saltfish

Classic French Toast
Brioche cubed and soaked in our special french toast batter. Lathered with house made butter scotch sauce and dressed up with seasonal fruits.
Poached eggs in a sauce of tomatoes, olive oil, peppers, onion and garlic, spiced with cumin, paprika and scotch bonnet pepper for that Jamaican kick.
Fried egg, bacon, and cheese. Get it served on a bagel, brioche slices, or wrap. Also add on your favorites for a perfect breakfast.
Sautéed Chicken Liver
Chicken livers cooked in aromatic gravy with island spices.

This Jamaican version of the classic Caesar includes Scotch bonnet croutons, pimento smoked Caesar dressing and beef bacon.
This quinoa favorite comes with smoked feta cheese, avocado, plantain, pumpkin and toasted coconut flakes.

Mexican turn Jamaican
A Mexican favorite with Jamaican flavors. This burrito is the perfect combination of rice-and-peas, Jerk chicken, ripe plantain, tomatoes and romaine lettuce. Vegetarian Option Available.

Trench Town Rock
Good old fashion Jamaican style curry goat stewed till tender and juicy, with carrots and potato. Served with your choice of white rice or rice and peas.
Sweet and Sour Fish
Perfectly seasoned fish fillet, coated and deep fried, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, smothered in our special sweet and sour sauce. Served with white rice.
Rock Steady Jerk Chicken
Jamaica’s world-famous Jerk chicken is marinated for at least twenty-four hours and slow smoked on the grill to capture that smoky Jerk Flavor. This spicy treat is served with festival and Jerk corn.
You will only find this dish in the Jamaican country side. Comprised of elbow pasta tossed in an aromatic combination of salted cod fish sautéd with fresh tomatoes, spring onions, garlic, onion, thyme and scotch bonnet.

How would you like your fish cooked? Choose from Escovitch , Brown Stewed or Steamed. Look out for the Escovitched pickle it has spicy Scotch Bonnet peppers (available whole or filet). Served with your choice of 2 sides.
